Messy never tasted so good.

Hot Mess Chamoy started the way the best things do… completely by accident.

What began as chamoy made for fun quickly turned into something bigger after I started sending it with my husband to share with his coworkers at CEMEX. Before I knew it, people were asking for more—and that’s when I realized this wasn’t just a hobby anymore.

🔥 From Homemade to Hot Mess

I decided to go all in.

I started testing different chili blends, experimenting with flavors, and eventually created my own spin on a classic chili seasoning—something bold, balanced, and completely unique to Hot Mess.

From there, I focused on doing things differently:

• No artificial dyes
• No unnecessary preservatives
• Real ingredients with real flavor

I learned how to use hibiscus to naturally color my chamoy and developed recipes that deliver a long shelf life without sacrificing quality.

🌶️ Flavor Comes First

Once I perfected my base, I started creating flavors.

Using freeze-dried fruits, I built out a lineup that hits every craving—sweet, spicy, tangy, and everything in between (yes… even the chaos of Sour Blue Razz).

From there, Hot Mess Chamoy expanded into:

• Chamoy candy
• Drip sauces & dusts
• And now Chamoy Green Olives Preparadas

And we’re not done yet 👀

New products like Chamoy Fruit Roll Ups are already in the works.

I’m based in Cibolo, Texas and work full-time in San Antonio, building Hot Mess Chamoy in every spare moment I have.

This isn’t mass-produced—this is small batch, made-to-order, real hustle.
