How spicy is your chamoy?
Our chamoy runs mild to medium — it's got that signature kick that makes it hit just right, but it's not out here trying to burn your face off 🌶️ That said, if you're a zero-spice person, chamoy probably isn't your thing. It's got a natural heat to it that's part of what makes it chamoy. No way around that one!
How do I pick up my order?
All of our products are made fresh daily, so your order is as fresh as it gets 🙌 Depending on order volume, your order could be ready for pickup in as little as 30 minutes after you place it. We'll keep you posted — just place your order and we'll let you know when it's good to go!
Is this the same chamoy I can buy at the store?
Not even close. 🙅♀️ Store-bought chamoy is loaded with artificial dyes and preservatives — ours has none of that. We make everything in small batches with real ingredients, so what you're getting is bold, authentic chamoy flavor without all the junk. Once you try the real thing, you'll never go back.
How long do your products last?
Technically? Up to 8 weeks. Realistically? They never make it that far 😏 Our products are made fresh in small batches, so as long as you store them properly, you've got plenty of time — not that you'll need it. Fair warning: these go fast once you crack them open.
What if something is wrong with my order?
